• Lost or Stolen:  If certificates are lost or stolen they cannot be replaced.  You should treat these Certificates just as if they are cash.
• Using Your Capital City Cash:  Once you have decided where you want to spend your Capital City Cash, just present the Certificate to the Participating Merchant.  Following your purchase, it is up to each Participating Merchant how change will be returned.  Change may be provided in cash, or in some locations change may be in the form of Store Credit.  You may want to ask the Participating Merchant how change will be provided.
